Direct heat CO2 incubator 160 L with Oxygen Control for Hypoxic Studies, using nitrogen to suppress Oxygen levels in the growth chamber.
  • Infrared (IR) sensor controls CO2 levels within the chamber.
  • The growth chamber is constructed of polished stainless steel using a crevice-free design for easy cleaning.
  • Dual sterilization with a 145°C high-temperature dry cycle, and a 95°C high-temperature humidified cycle to eradicate potential contamination in the chamber.

NU-5741 offers humidity control  to humidify the chamber  by circulating the chamber air through heated water vapor saturated air in a tank located outside of the chamber. This gives the operator control over the amount of humidity in the chamber from an ambient dependent low value to 95%.
