NxGen phi29 DNA Polymerase

NxGen Enzymes phi29 DNA Polymerase is a highly processive DNA polymerase with a powerful strand displacement activity and a 3′→ 5′ proofreading exonuclease function. The enzyme is capable of up to 70,000 insertions per binding event.
