The Stool Collection Tubes are designed for stool sample collection and stabilization using a liquid stabilization buffer. The Stool DNA Stabilizer effects inactivation of DNases and prevents degradation of DNA, it preserves the microorganism titre and prelyses bacteria.

can be stored in the Stool DNA Stabilizer containing tubes during 3 months at room temperatures without cooling
For the DNA extraction an aliquot may be used, the residual sample is stored for further extractions.
