pEBMulti is gene expression vector for primates(Human, Monkey etc.) cell lines.. It is an episomal vector that employs the replication origin OriP and the EBV nuclear antigen 1 (EBNA-1) genes from the Epstein Barr virus to ensure that plasmids are replicated in daughter cells after the division of transfected cells.
pEBMulti is used for establishment of stable expression cell lines without integration to host genome. pEBMulti is used as a shuttle vector for clone selection of E. coli. and mammalian cells by single antibiotic reagent.
