Steady-Glo Luciferase Assay System

Steady-Glo Luciferase Assay System is a homogeneous assay with signal half-life of over 5 hours in commonly used cell culture media. Ideal for batch processing.

No Sample Preprocessing. No need to remove culture medium or wash cells prior to adding assay reagent. Grow cells and assay them directly within the same multiwell plate.
High Sensitivity. The increased light output of the Steady-Glo® Assay provides improved sensitivity over other extended-lifetime firefly luciferase assay reagents.
Convenient and Easy to Use. To prepare the reagent, simply mix buffer with lyophilized substrate. Add the reagent directly to cells in culture, wait 5 minutes and measure luminescence.
