NxGen Enzymes phi29 DNA Polymerase is a highly processive DNA polymerase with a powerful strand displacement activity and a 3′→ 5′ proofreading exonuclease function. The enzyme is capable of up to 70,000 insertions per binding event.

Low error rate thermostable DNA polymerase provided with 10X buffer containing 20mM MgSO4. Recommended for applications that require high accuracy base insertion. Supplied at a concentration of 2–3u/μl.

Digest contaminating linear DNA without digesting nicked or closed-circular dsDNA or supercoiled DNA (plasmids, fosmids, etc.)

Mixture of six different inhibitors that covers a wide range of target proteases. The inhibitor cocktail is EDTA-free and provided as a powder, ready for reconstitution in 1ml of either 100% ethanol or DMSO to obtain a 50X working solution.

Proteinase K, produced by the fungus Tritirachium album Limber, is a serine protease that exhibits broad cleavage activity. Proteinase K (PK) Solution is supplied at a concentration of 20mg/ml in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 1mM calcium chloride, 50% glycerol.

Catalyzes the removal of γ and β phosphate groups from 5'-triphosphorylated and 5'- diphosphorylated RNA, resulting in 5’-monophosphorylated RNA.

Possesses all the proven features of Recombinant RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitor. Stable against oxidation and heat, leading to higher stability—up to 15 minutes at 70 °C.

Inhibits RNase A, B and C as well as human placental RNase. Does not inhibit other RNases and modifying enzymes like reverse transcriptases.
