Professional pipette calibration for all brands and models – how it works!

Accurate and traceable pipette calibration performed by specialized technicians in Täby. Each pipette is tested to ensure it delivers reliable and reproducible volumes, regardless of model.

Our process

  1. Select service level*
     
  2. Send in pipettes (we also offer pickup)
    Clean your pipettes with 70% ethanol and complete the decontamination form.

    The decontamination form can be downloaded here.

    Pack the pipettes together with the completed decontamination form and tips, if desired, and send to:

  3. Function check & maintenance
    Your pipettes are cleaned, lubricated, and assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions.
     
  4. Actions
    If needed, we carry out service and repairs on your pipettes, which are included in the price (excluding spare parts). You will receive a quotation if the cost of spare parts exceeds SEK 600 per pipette.
     
  5. Calibration
    Results are evaluated against applicable MPE tolerances (Maximum Permissible Error) in ISO 8655:2022 using original tips or customer-specific tips (6 tips per channel). 

    All channels in multichannel pipettes are tested. Calibration of multichannel pipettes up to 10 µl is carried out by our partner Sartorius in Finland.
  6. Report
    After completed service, you will receive your pipettes together with an electronic service and calibration report.

Who is standard calibration suitable for?

Standard calibration is suitable for laboratories that are not subject to accreditation requirements but still want reliable pipettes, such as:

  • Teaching laboratories
  • Internal QC environments
  • Research projects without GLP requirements
