To ensure the ideal conditions for any transport we offer 2 similar device types. The Cellbox ground 2.0 uses disposable CO2 cartridges and can be operated for more than 72 hours (at 5% CO2). The Cellbox Flight 2.0, due to international flight regulations, instead uses dry-ice that naturally sublimates into gaseous CO2 – that in turn sustains the passengers in the Cellbox. It needs a dry ice refill after 32 hours.
