10X Flexi Enzyme Blend (Sgf I and Pme1)

The 10X Flexi® Enzyme Blend (SgfI and PmeI) is required to screen Flexi® Vector clones for the presence of the protein-coding region of interest. This enzyme blend can also be used to cleave PCR products prior to cloning into the Flexi® Vectors or transfer protein-coding regions between Flexi® Vectors.
