QuantiFluor ONE dsDNA System

The QuantiFluor(R) ONE dsDNA System enables sensitive quantitation of small amounts of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The system contains a fluorescent dsDNA-binding dye (504nm[Ex]/531nm[Em]) developed for use in an “add-and-read” format for dye and standard.
